This Privacy Policy explains how FAZE Jewelry, operated by FZC Solutions LLC ("FAZE Jewelry", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit fazejewelry.com, contact us, or make a purchase (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, sizes, messages you send us (including by WhatsApp, Instagram, or email), reviews, and requests for custom pieces.
Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Financing applications are processed by the financing provider you choose (for example Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay). We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring website, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from partners: information from Shopify, payment and financing providers, shipping carriers, and advertising and analytics partners.

2. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics and Session Recording

We use the following technologies on our website:

Shopify cookies needed to run the store, the cart, and checkout.
Google Analytics to measure traffic and how visitors use the site.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads and show ads to people who visited our site.
Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and page content) in session recordings and heatmaps so we can improve the site. We configure Clarity to mask information typed into form fields, and it does not record payment information.

By continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge the use of these technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out as described in Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process, ship, and support your orders, exchanges, repairs, and claims.
To communicate with you about your order and to answer your questions.
To send marketing emails or messages if you agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To show and measure advertising, and to understand and improve the Services.
To prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse, and to protect our rights.
To comply with the law.

4. How We Share Your Information

Service providers: Shopify, payment and financing providers, shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx), email and messaging tools, and customer support tools.
Advertising and analytics partners: Meta, Google, and Microsoft, as described above.
Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, to resolve payment disputes, or to protect us and others from fraud.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out as described below.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the Services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing: unsubscribe using the link in any email or reply STOP to text messages.
Targeted advertising: email us to opt out, adjust your ad settings on Meta and Google, or use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required by law.
State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

7. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
