Faze Jewelry, operated by FZC Solutions LLC, operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services").

AUTHENTICITY & MATERIALS

Materials. The exact materials of each piece — including metal type, plating, and stone type — are stated in that product's written description. The written product description is the sole and controlling source of a product's material composition.

Simulated stones. Unless a product description expressly states "natural diamond" or "lab-grown diamond," the stones are simulated stones (cubic zirconia and/or moissanite).

About images. Because moissanite and cubic zirconia are visually indistinguishable from diamonds in photographs, product images are for illustrative purposes only and cannot be used to determine the type or origin of any stone. Stone type is governed exclusively by the written product description, not by the appearance of any photo or video.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of FZC Solutions LLC (d/b/a Faze Jewelry), its members, officers, and affiliates, arising out of or related to any product or the Services, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no case shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRES ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION.

Agreement to Arbitrate. Any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Return & Exchange Policy, the Services, or any product (each a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in any court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court only if it qualifies and remains in that court. This Agreement affects interstate commerce and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.).

Jury & Class Waiver. You and FZC Solutions LLC waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Informal Resolution First. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first email contact@fzcsolutions.com with a description of the Dispute. If it is not resolved within sixty (60) days, either party may commence arbitration.

Rules & Seat. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English and seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida (or remotely, at the arbitrator's discretion).

Time to File. Any Dispute must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

Confidentiality & Severability. The arbitration and its outcome shall be kept confidential. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, any class claims shall proceed only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, and the rest of this Section remains in effect.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES

By placing an order, creating an account, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, the Return & Exchange Policy, the Privacy Policy, and all other posted policies.
